Shipping Policy

At Bamboom, we want every little one dressed in comfort and every parent shopping with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Other Regions	Up to 7–10 working days

Note: Delivery times are counted in business days and exclude weekends/public holidays. Delays due to weather, festivals, or logistics disruptions may occur, we appreciate your patience in such cases.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of incorrect or damaged items sent by us.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges

A flat ₹80 COD fee applies to all Cash on Delivery orders.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS / WhatsApp / Email. You can also track your order from the Orders section on our website.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Sometimes, deliveries may fail due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of order.
Recipient unavailable or incorrect contact number.
Restricted or non-serviceable delivery area.
COD payment not made upon delivery.
Recipient has moved from the provided address.
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all 3 attempts fail, the order will be cancelled and returned to us. Refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated after the package is received at our warehouse, excluding any shipping charges.
